The Dick’s Drive-In Online Store (https://ddir.store) is currently testing a local pick-up service where customers can pick up their completed order after receiving email confirmation that it is ready. If you have any questions or concerns about your order and local pick-up times, please email storeassistant@ddir.com.

Current Local Pick-Up Hours

Standard pick-up days and times are Mon–Fri from 7:30AM – 4PM. Below are the pick-up days and times with exceptions marked with an asterisk (*):

Note: DO NOT attempt to pick up your online store order at any of the Dick's Drive-In Restaurant locations.

Shipping Methods

All Dick’s Drive-In Online Store (https://ddir.store) orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and standard shipping rates apply.

Processing Time

Dick’s Drive-In Online Store (https://ddir.store) orders will be fulfilled and available for pick up or shipped out to the customer in 2-4 business days. Exception: Federally-recognized holidays, sale events, pre-sale and pre-order products purchases, unforeseen emergencies and power outages.

Transit Time

USPS transit time depends on location of client and shipping method. All customers will receive a confirmation of shipment along with a USPS tracking number associated with their order.
