Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right with your order, let us know. We are here to help. Please review the policies below regarding returns, exchanges, shipping issues, or any other order concerns.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 60 days of delivery so we can assist you with a return or exchange. After 60 days, return or exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Apparel items must be unwashed, unused, and unworn. Items that have only been tried on are not considered worn or used.

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

Any products marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for approval.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Dick’s Drive-In will cover outbound shipping for the replacement item.

If the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Dick’s Drive-In will cover both return and outbound shipping costs.

For mail-in exchanges, replacement items are shipped after Dick’s Drive-In receives and processes the original item.

Exchanges can also be completed in person for customers located in the Greater Seattle area. To schedule an in-person exchange, email storeassistant@ddir.com for further instructions.
4. Returns

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

For mail-in returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 72 hours of receipt of the item.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping fees for returned orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Dick's Drive-In.
