Returns and Exchanges
At Dick’s Drive-In you are our favorite person. So, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within sixty (60) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange OR refund.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will email you a return shipping label for USPS. If you are local to the Seattle area and would like to return/exchange your item in person, please include that in your email so we can coordinate. Please do not go to your local drive-in as they do not accept online store items.
- Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged after you receive it from us.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 2 weeks to process.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the returned item does not fall within the previously listed criteria.
- Replacement/exchange items are subject to inventory levels. If we are not able to replace or exchange your item for you, we will work with you to find the best solution.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pre-sale items can be returned within 45 days of receiving item as opposed to purchase date.
