We are going to SxSW!

For the past five years, Dick’s Drive-In, in collaboration with Cre8tive Empowerment, has gone to South by Southwest (SXSW) to support and celebrate the local musicians that have made the trek to beautiful Austin, Texas. This year, yours truly will be joining them!  Hello sunshine and 70-degree weather! 

But also, hello Riches Art Gallery where we will have an amazing stage set up featuring 12 PNW bands including Ayron Jones and Travis Thompson. There will also be podcast tapings and haircuts with Mark Baysinger from On the Mark BarberShop Talk, photo booths and so much more.

Speaking of photos, we have spent the past week picking out some of our favorite items to pack up and send to Austin. Some of those might just turn into swag we give away and some we are going to use for lifestyle shots of our awesome merch. We figured it was about time we show off how cool our stuff looks on actual real-life people, and what better place to do that than the festival featuring people from all over? Because at the end of the day, we truly do have fans all over the world, trust me, I've shipped out their online store orders!
