1. Shipping Methods

All orders placed through the Dick’s Drive-In Online Store (https://ddir.store) are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt.

Processing times may be extended during:

High-volume sales

Pre-order events

Unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or power outages

This timeframe applies to order processing only and does not include carrier transit time.
3. Transit Time

Delivery time varies by customer location and selected shipping method.

Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages - Not Marked Delivered
If tracking shows your package is still in transit:

If fewer than 7 days have passed since the last tracking update (for example, if the package still shows as “In Transit”), please allow additional time for delivery. Carriers occasionally experience unexpected delays.

If more than 7 days have passed, contact us, and we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund.
Our team is happy to review tracking details with you and work toward a resolution.
5. Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package cannot be located:
We ask that you:

Confirm the shipping address on the order

Check with household members and neighbors

Check mailrooms, leasing offices, and alternate drop locations

Allow 72 hours after the carrier's delivery confirmation for the package to arrive
If your package is still missing 72 hours after it was marked as delivered, email us, and we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund.
We reserve the right to limit claims in cases of repeated delivery issues.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage to the item

Dick’s Drive-In will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
7. Claim Review & Fraud Protection
Dick's Drive-In reserves the right to limit claims in cases of repeated delivery issues. In such instances, signature confirmation may be required for future orders, and refunds or replacements may be declined if abuse is suspected.
8. Returned to Sender - Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout:

Dick’s Drive-In will reach out to confirm the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided when the order was placed, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs and will receive a payment request from our team before the order is re-sent.

If a customer prefers a refund rather than reshipment, the order will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs.
If the return was due to a confirmed carrier error, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
